Tenancy

During tenancy, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Fairfax_metro_square, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental home. Some solid reasons to go into rental property are to:

• Inspect the rental,
• Perform maintenance or upgrades,
• Provide agreed services, or
• Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Fairfax_metro_square. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
