During the lease term in Newington Forest

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Newington Forest, the tenant must allow us to come into the rental. Some good reasons to access rental are to:

  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Newington Forest. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
