Tenancy

During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Summer Hill Estates, the tenant must allow us to come into the rental. Some good reasons to access rental home are to:

• Inspect the rental home,
• Perform maintenance or upgrades,
• Provide necessary services, or
• Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Summer Hill Estates. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
