During the lease term in Poplar_tree_woods

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Poplar_tree_woods, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some good reasons to come into rental property are to:

- Supply required services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Poplar_tree_woods. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
