During the lease term in Lake_braddock

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Lake_braddock, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental property. Some valid reasons to come into rental property are to:

- Supply required services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Lake_braddock. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
