During the lease term in Old_columbia_pike

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Old_columbia_pike, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental home. Some valid reasons to go into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Old_columbia_pike. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
