Tenancy

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Keene_mill_manor, the tenant must allow us to enter the rental. Some valid reasons to enter rental home are to:

• Inspect the rental,
• Make repairs or alterations,
• Supply required services, or
• Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before coming into the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Keene_mill_manor. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
