During the lease term in Westmoreland_terrace_condo

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Westmoreland_terrace_condo, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Provide required services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Westmoreland_terrace_condo. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
