During the lease term in Phoenix

During lease, the rental property belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Phoenix, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some justifiable reasons to come into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Phoenix. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
