During the lease term in Palisade_gardens

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in Palisade_gardens, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some good reasons to access rental are to:

- Provide required services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Palisade_gardens.
