During the lease term in Moores Clarendon

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in Moores Clarendon, the tenant must allow us to enter the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to access rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Moores Clarendon. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
