Tenancy

During tenancy, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental home in Lexinton_square, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some solid reasons to come into rental home are to:

• Inspect the rental home,
• Perform maintenance or decorate,
• Supply necessary services, or
• Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Lexinton_square. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
