During the lease term in Colonial_village_iii

As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Colonial_village_iii, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some solid reasons to come into rental are to:

- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Colonial_village_iii. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
