During the lease term in Colonial_village_iii

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Colonial_village_iii, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some valid reasons to go into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Provide necessary services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Colonial_village_iii. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
