During the lease term in Woodlawn_acres

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in Woodlawn_acres, the renter must allow us to come into the rental property. Some solid reasons to go into rental are to:

- Provide necessary services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Woodlawn_acres.
