During the lease term in Sun_up
During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Sun_up, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some valid reasons to access rental are to:

- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Sun_up. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
