Tenancy

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Roxbury_of_mt_vernon, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some valid reasons to come into rental are to:

• Inspect the rental home,
• Perform maintenance or alterations,
• Supply agreed services, or
• Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Roxbury_of_mt_vernon. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
