During the lease term in Parker_gray_historic_district

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Parker_gray_historic_district, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some good reasons to access rental are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or alterations,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Parker_gray_historic_district. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
