During the lease term in Non_subdivision

During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Non_subdivision, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some justifiable reasons to go into rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Supply necessary services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Non_subdivision. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
