During the lease term in Carlyle_towers

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Carlyle_towers, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to come into rental are to:

- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Carlyle_towers. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
