During the lease term in Westgate
During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Westgate, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to go into rental property are to:
