During the lease term in Westgate

During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Westgate, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some justifiable reasons to go into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental home,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Westgate. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
