Listed below you will find a accounting of each subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in Freedom Manor. The list below is compiled from active listings today. The list below is updated often to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh data which you may depend on. The data compiled below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind.
You might spot a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condos) collected below were all typed into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has been listed when really the error was corrected.
In addition, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a specific subdivision is named. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed separately. So, if you really want to get a count, you should look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there another name for this specific community?
As might be expected, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not cover rental properties. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. Not to mention, this tally
only covers active listings in Freedom Manor.
Is the property in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many properties that have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. And, the MLS database does not permit us to include those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific subdivision, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
Also, from time to time that a listing is already sold or
under contract when you see the sign up. Sold or under-contract riders don't go up the second a contract is signed. Not to mention, sometimes that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you might see a sign posted when a property is not available.
Do you need prompt notices about listings from a specific neighborhood?
If you would like to be contacted when a listing is available in a specific community, just let us know. And, we can also give you specific information on a particular listing when you email Nesbitt Realty directly. We can recommend a real estate agent that can quickly find the information you need.
You can organize the communities by number or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the list. Still, when you arrange by number of active listings, just remember the points above, because those tallies aren't completely true. Of course, the list is still useful.
