Below you will see a list of each subdivision (or condo) with properties for sale in Westview Ridge. This list is compiled from active listings today. This list is refreshed every 15 minutes or so to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing accurate tallies that you can depend on. The tallies found below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are some quirks to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) found below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when actually the listing was updated.
In addition, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is just one character of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. Thus, if you really need to get a picture, you should look at all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are sometimes known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign up but the subdivision isn't listed below."
Is there another way to spell this particular subdivision?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all typical variations of the name.
Is the property for lease?
This tally does not cover rental properties. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Not to mention, this tally
only includes active listings in Westview Ridge.
Is the property in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties which have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. In addition, the MLS database does not permit us to include those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a particular subdivision, you'll have to reach out to us directly.
Is the property sold?
And, from time to time that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the sign posted. Under-contract signs aren't posted the moment a property settles. Furthermore, from time to time that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. For these reasons, you may see a sign posted when a property is not active.
