You might find a subdivision listed multiple times.

You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) collected below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Also, there may be some variation as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is just one letter of difference between two entries this will be tallied as different communities. Hence, when you really want to get a count, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is there a different name for this particular neighborhood?
As might be expected, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all possible variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not cover rental properties. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. In addition, this tally exclusively includes listings still for sale in Timberville.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are many listings which have a sign posted that are not active.
