Below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in The Commons On William Square. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is updated often to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh information that you may rely on. The data collected below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to keep in mind.
You may spot a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) collected below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has been listed when really the listing was updated.
And, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular subdivision is called. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different communities. Hence, when you really want to get a count, you should consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't listed below."
Is there another name for this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all possible variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This list does not cover rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Also, this list
exclusively includes listings still for sale in The Commons On William Square.
Is the property under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many listings which have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents have access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Not to mention, the MLS database does not allow us to list those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a particular neighborhood, you'll have to email Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
Not to mention, sometimes that a listing is already sold or
under contract when you see the for sale posted. Sold or under-contract riders aren't posted the moment a property settles. In addition, from time to time that the listing agent is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, you might see a sign posted when a listing is not available.
Do you need regular notices about listings from a particular community?
If you would like to be contacted when real estate is active in a specific community, just let us know. And, your agent can also give you specific information on a specific property if you get in touch with Nesbitt Realty directly. We can provide a Realtor that can quickly find the information you want.
You can organize the neighborhoods by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for arranging the list. Nevertheless, when you sort by listing count, just remember the tips above, because the number isn't completely true. Of course, the list is still useful.
