You may spot a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condos) listed below were all put into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a property has moved from one subdivision to another when really the error was corrected.
Also, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a particular subdivision is named. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed separately. Hence, when you really want to get a count, you have to consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are sometimes known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is there a different name for this specific subdivision?

coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. under contract when you see the for sale up. Sold or under-contract signs aren't posted instantly. Not to mention, from time to time that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, it's possible to see a sign up when a listing is not available.
