Also, there may be some variation as to what exactly a particular subdivision is named. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed separately. Thus, if you really need to get a count, you have to look at all the variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
