Listed below you will see a accounting of each subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in Westhaven. This list is compiled from active listings today. This list is updated every few minutes to ensure that we're supplying accurate information which you can depend on. The information listed below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to keep in mind.
You might find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has sold when really the listing was updated.
And, there may be some variation as to what exactly a specific community is named. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed separately. Thus, if you really want to get a picture, you have to consider all the variations of the community's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there another way to spell this specific subdivision?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all typical variations of the name.
Is the property for rent?
This list does not cover rental properties. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Also, this tally
exclusively includes active listings in Westhaven.
Is the listing not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many listings which have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. Furthermore, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow Nesbitt Realty to include those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a particular subdivision, you'll have to reach out to Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property sold?
Furthermore, from time to time that a listing is already sold or
under contract when you spot the sign posted. Sold riders don't go up immediately. And, sometimes that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you might see a sign posted when a listing is not available.
