Listed below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condominium) with listings in Woodburn Village. This list is compiled from active listings today. The list below is revised every few minutes to make sure that we're supplying timely tallies that you may depend on. The information compiled below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind.
You might find a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) found below were all put into the MLS database by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there can be spelling errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has sold when actually the spelling on a listing was changed.
In addition, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is called. If there is even one letter of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. Thus, when you really need to get a tally, you have to consider all possible variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign posted but the community isn't found below."
Is there a different way to spell this particular neighborhood?
Certainly, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the property for rent?
This tally does not include rental properties. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental property. And, this tally
exclusively includes active listings in Woodburn Village.
Is the property not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some properties that have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. Also, the MLS database does not permit Nesbitt Realty to list those properties in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
And, sometimes that a listing is already sold when you spot the for sale posted. Sold or under-contract riders aren't posted instantly. And, from time to time that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you may see a for sale sign posted when a property is not available.

You can organize the list by number or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the list. But, when you organize by listing count, just remember the points above, because the count isn't completely true. Still, the data is still useful.
