Not to mention, there may be some diffence of opinion as to what exactly a specific subdivision is called. If there is just one letter of difference between two entries this will be listed separately. Thus, if you really need to get a count, you should consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is the listing for rent?
