Firstly that the names of the schools found below were all typed into the MLS database by Realtors. Because human beings entered the data, there will be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction can make it appear that a different listing is available when really the school spelling was corrected.Not to mention, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific school district is called. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different school attendance zones. Thus, if you really want to get a count, you should consider all the variations of the school's name.
You might ask: "I saw a for sale sign up but the school district isn't listed below."
Perhaps, there is another way to spell the specific school?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all typical variations of the school's name.Consider the possibility that the property is for rent.
This list only includes listings still for sale. Furthermore, this tally does not cover rentals in Features. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are many properties which have a sign posted that are not active.The listing might not yet be active.
For example, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about properties that are coming-soon. Furthermore, the MLS database does not permit Nesbitt Realty to include those properties in our list. It happens that a listing is already sold or under contract when you spot the sign posted. Sold riders aren't posted instantly. And, it happens that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, you may see a for sale sign up when a listing is not active.If a specific school district is not listed ...
