You may spot a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) listed below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when really the error was corrected.
Also, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a particular subdivision is named. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different communities. Hence, if you really need to get a tally, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are at times known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This tally does not include rentals. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. In addition, this list
only covers active listings in Riverton.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are some properties which have a sign up that are not
active.
For example, sometimes a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not
