Also, there may be some variances as to what exactly a particular community is named. If there is just one character of difference between two entries this will be listed as different communities. Hence, if you really need to get a tally, you have to consider all the variations of the community's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are sometimes known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Certainly, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all typical variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not include rental properties. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Not to mention, this list
exclusively covers active listings in Riverton.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few properties that have a sign up that are not
active.
For instance, from time to time a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not
