Learn About Pimmit Hills

Pimmit Hills is located next to the Tysons Corner area in Virginia. It is one of the largest communities in Fairfax County with over 1,640 homes. It was founded in 1950. Pimmit Hills is bordered by the Dulles Toll Road to the northeast, Magarity Road to the northwest, Leesburg Pike to the southwest, and Custis Memorial Parkway to the southeast.  Metro’s 3T bus route serves Pimmit Hills. The neighborhood is about a mile from the McLean Station on Metro’s Silver Line and less than three miles from the West Falls Church-VT/UVA station on Metro’s Orange Line. Although Pimmit Hills is politically part of Fairfax County, Pimmit Hills addresses use Falls Church as their mailing address. Schools that serve Pimmit Hills include Westgate Elementary School, Kilmer Middle School, and Marshall High School.
