Listed below you will see a list of each subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in City of Falls Church. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. This list is revised every 15 minutes or so to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is providing accurate information which you can rely on. The tallies compiled below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) collected below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a property has sold when really the spelling on a listing was changed.
Also, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific community is named. If there is just one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied as different communities. So, if you really need to get a picture, you have to consider all the variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign up but the community isn't listed below."
Is there another way to spell this particular community?
As a matter of course, for the reason stated above, try to you double-check all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for rent?
This tally does not cover rental properties. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Not to mention, this tally
only includes listings still for sale in City of Falls Church.
Is the listing not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many listings that have a sign posted that are not
active.
For example, from time to time a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are coming-soon. Also, the MLS database does not allow us to count those listings in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a particular community, you'll have to get in touch with Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
And, sometimes that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the for sale posted. Under-contract signs aren't posted the moment a property settles. And, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, it's possible to see a sign up when a property is not available.

You can sort the communities by count or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for arranging the subdivisions. However, when you organize by listing count, just keep in mind the tips above, because the number isn't completely true. Of course, the list is still pretty accurate.
