Also, there may be some diffence of opinion as to what exactly a specific community is named. If there is just one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied as different communities. Thus, when you really need to get a picture, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are at times known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
