For example, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are by some people entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is the listing for rent?

This tally does not include rentals. Hence, it's possible that the sign you saw was for a rental property. Not to mention, this tally only covers listings on the market in Springfield.
