We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Main Street.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Main Street we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
