If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Massanutten.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Massanutten we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
