We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Features.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Features we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
