If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Ridgefield Village.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Ridgefield Village we can help determine the market value of your property.
