If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Ranchette Estates.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Ranchette Estates we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
