If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Minnieville Estates.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Minnieville Estates we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
