If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Lake Ridge Pointe.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Lake Ridge Pointe we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
