If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Potomac Highlands.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Potomac Highlands we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
