If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Occoquan Pointe.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Occoquan Pointe we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
