We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Features.
The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Features we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
