If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Features.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Features we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
