If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in The Villages At Saybrooke.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in The Villages At Saybrooke we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
