If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Town Of Stanley.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Town Of Stanley we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
